- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Press half of the chicken mixture into the bottom of the baking dish. Layer with ham slices and shredded Swiss cheese.

- Bake for about 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest before slicing.
