  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves (sliced or whole)
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds

Instructions

  1. Sterilize jars by boiling them in water for about ten minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar and water over medium heat. Add salt and sugar, stirring until dissolved, then bring to a gentle boil.
