Instructions
- Wash cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Slice the red onion as thinly as possible.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- In a large bowl, toss together cucumbers, onions, dill, and dressing until well-coated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
