Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed Seedless watermelon works best.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional, adjust based on sweetness preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the cubed watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add lime juice and honey to the blended watermelon and blend again until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. To release the ice pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
