- In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and finely chopped cucumber to prepare the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts into a resealable bag or dish and pour the tzatziki marinade over them. Seal and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavors.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375?F).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the hot grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and juices run clear (internal temperature of 165?F).
