Ingredients

For the Marinade
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt adds creaminess and tang
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 medium cucumber grated, squeeze out excess moisture
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • to taste salt & pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and finely chopped cucumber to prepare the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into a resealable bag or dish and pour the tzatziki marinade over them. Seal and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavors.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375?F).
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the hot grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and juices run clear (internal temperature of 165?F).
  5. Once grilled, let the tzatziki chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
