Cooking the Meat
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. If using, add olive oil to prevent sticking.

- Pour in the water or beef broth and stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
