  1. Start by bringing 2 cups of water to a gentle boil in a saucepan.
  2. Once boiling, add 2-3 chai tea bags to the water and let them steep for about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of your favorite milk and stir well. Heat until warm and frothy, but do not let it boil.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar to taste, stirring until fully dissolved.
  5. Incorporate a splash of vanilla extract and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
  6. Stir in 1-2 ounces of your preferred spirit, like spiced rum or whiskey.
  7. Pour your chai latte into a mug and top it with whipped cream. Sprinkle some additional cinnamon or orange zest on top.
