Ingredients
  

Coleslaw Base
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced can substitute with canned peaches
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and diced peaches.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, sriracha sauce, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
