Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon skin-on or skinless
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup honey preferably raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust for spice level
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Glaze
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and black pepper until well combined.
Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400?F (200?C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  3. Brush the honey glaze generously over each salmon fillet.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Optional: Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with your choice of sides, such as rice or vegetables.

Notes

For a milder glaze, reduce the amount of sriracha. This dish pairs well with steamed broccoli or a fresh salad.
