Ingredients
  

Tofu Base
  • 1 block Silken tofu Soft or extra-soft variety
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Low sodium recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup Or honey for non-vegan option
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds Toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Tofu
  1. Drain the silken tofu and gently pat it dry with a paper towel.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and place it in a serving dish.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Whisk the sauce until well combined.
Assemble the Dish
  1. Pour the sauce over the tofu cubes evenly.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  3. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
