  • 1 cup mayonnaise preferably homemade or high-quality
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Flavor Enhancers
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Herbs and Spices
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning optional, for extra flavor

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and minced garlic, stirring until well blended.
  3. Fold in the chopped parsley and Old Bay seasoning if using.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary, adding more hot sauce or lemon juice if desired.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
