Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced can substitute with canned peaches
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries can substitute with frozen blackberries
Cake Mixture
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 1 cup whipped cream for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Fruit
  1. Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the sliced peaches and blackberries evenly.
Mix the Cake Batter
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, water, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined.
Combine and Bake
  1. Pour the cake batter over the fruit in the baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Serve
