Ingredients
  

Cake Batter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Serving
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream for serving
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Batter
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and melted chocolate until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
Prepare Ramekins
  1. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder to prevent sticking.
Fill Ramekins
  1. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.
Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350?F (175?C).
  2. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
Serve
  1. Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer and let them cool for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Invert each cake onto a plate, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
