Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss well to coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
