Ingredients
  

Lamb Filling
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Flatbread
  • 4 pieces flatbread store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt for serving
  • 1 cup fresh herbs such as parsley or mint, chopped
  • 1 lemon lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Lamb Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, harissa paste, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the lamb mixture and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Assemble the Flatbread
  1. Preheat your oven to 400?F (200?C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread the cooked lamb mixture evenly over each flatbread.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until the flatbreads are warm and slightly crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and top with Greek yogurt and chopped fresh herbs. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
