Steak Medallions
  • 1.5 pounds beef tenderloin cut into 1-inch thick medallions
Marinade
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Steak
  1. Add the beef medallions to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Steak
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Rest and Serve
  1. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
