Ingredients
  

Fish
  • 4 fillets white fish (e.g., cod, tilapia) skinless
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Garnish
  • 1 lemon sliced for serving
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Fish
  1. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375?F to 400?F).
Grill the Fish
  1. Remove the fish from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon slices and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Notes
