Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Slowly mix in cold water and melted butter until a smooth dough forms. Knead gently for about 5 minutes until elastic.
Chill the Dough
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Make the Filling
- Saut? onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Stir in your choice of ground meat or veggies, add spices, and cook until everything is well combined.
Roll Out the Dough
- On a floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to about ? inch thick. Use a round cutter to create circles, roughly 4-5 inches in diameter.

Bake or Fry
