Ingredients
  

Beef and Broth
  • 1 lb Ground beef Lean or regular
  • 4 cups Beef broth Low sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce For flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil For cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Freshly grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
Noodles and Toppings
  • 4 packs Ramen noodles Instant or fresh
  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh
  • 1 cup Green onions Chopped
  • 2 eggs Soft-boiled Optional topping
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced, optional

Method
 

Prepare the Beef Broth
  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
Cook the Noodles
  1. In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add spinach and mushrooms to the broth, cooking until wilted.
  2. Divide noodles among serving bowls and ladle the broth and beef mixture over the noodles.
  3. Top with soft-boiled eggs and chopped green onions before serving.
