Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter cubed
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips for topping
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows for decoration
  • 1/4 cup Easter-themed sprinkles

Method
 

Prepare the Fudge
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add the cubed butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and begins to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Set the Fudge
  1. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  2. Sprinkle chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and Easter-themed sprinkles on top.
  3. Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until set.
Serve
  1. Once set, cut the fudge into squares and serve.
