Ingredients
  

Crescent Roll Base
  • 1 package crescent rolls 8 oz.
Egg Mixture
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup diced vegetables bell peppers, spinach, or onions
  • 1 cup cooked meat bacon, sausage, or ham (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 375?F (190?C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and lay them in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pressing seams together to form a solid base.
Make the Egg Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked meat if using.
Combine and Bake
  1. Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll base in the baking dish.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  3. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
