  • 1 medium cucumber grated or finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder optional
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, grated cucumber, and chopped mint leaves.
  2. Add cumin powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
  3. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
