  • 2 cups cottage cheese preferably low-fat
  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard Dijon or yellow
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped hard-boiled eggs, celery, red onion, and dill.
  2. Add the mustard and lemon juice, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Gently mix all ingredients until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
