  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon skin-on

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400?F (200?C).
  2. Prepare the salmon fillets by patting them dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix the marinade in a small bowl, combining fresh cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  4. Coat each salmon fillet generously with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Place the fillets on a lined baking sheet, skin side down, and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until they flake easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with additional cilantro and lime wedges before serving.
