Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz Spaghetti or Noodles Use any preferred type of pasta
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots Julienned
  • 1 cup Broccoli Cut into florets
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch Mixed with 2 tbsp water
Protein
  • 1 cup Chicken Breast Sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Shrimp Peeled and deveined
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds Toasted

Method
 

Cook Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Stir-Fry
  1. Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Add the chicken and shrimp, stir-frying until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli to the wok. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine and Serve
  1. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixture. Pour over the stir-fried ingredients and toss to coat.
  2. Add the cooked pasta to the wok and toss everything together until well combined. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
