  • 1 lb Ground Beef a rich protein base
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice use leftover rice for convenience
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup this creamy layer binds everything together
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese a generous handful of your favorite cheese
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder enhances flavor
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder adds depth
  • to taste Salt and Pepper season to taste
For Garnishing (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley sprinkle on top for freshness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C).
  2. Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it?s browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add chopped broccoli and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well until everything is combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread it evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are slightly golden brown.
  8. Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
