Method
Prepare the filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well until combined.
Assemble the egg rolls
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner pointing towards you. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the filling to the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the top corner with a little water.
Fry the egg rolls
- Heat oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350?F (175?C). Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
