Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb Ground beef Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 pkg Egg roll wrappers

Method
 

Prepare the filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well until combined.
Assemble the egg rolls
  1. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner pointing towards you. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the filling to the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the top corner with a little water.
Fry the egg rolls
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350?F (175?C). Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve
  1. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

These egg rolls can be baked for a healthier option. Preheat the oven to 400?F (200?C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
