Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup Warm water Around 110?F
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Topping
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For brushing

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and instant yeast. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Flatbread
  1. Preheat the oven to 475?F (245?C).
  2. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add Toppings and Bake
  1. In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, and thyme.
  2. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  3. Brush the edges with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
