  • 2 cups Frozen Blueberries Can substitute with fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana Banana Ripe for sweetness
  • 1 cup Almond Milk Or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds Optional for added nutrition
Toppings
  • 1 cup Granola For crunch
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries Strawberries, raspberries, or more blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional for sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Flakes Optional for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Smoothie
  1. In a blender, combine frozen blueberries, banana, almond milk, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
