Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh peaches sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Crisp Topping
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss to coat the fruit evenly.
  2. Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Make the Crisp Topping
  1. In another bowl, mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, sliced almonds, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  2. Sprinkle the crisp topping evenly over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
