Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or noodles
  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, diced
  • 2 tbsp Korean red pepper paste (gochujang)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by chopping the chicken and mincing the garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and saut? until golden brown (7-10 minutes).
  3. Reduce heat and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in gochujang and cream until well combined. Let simmer gently.
  4. Meanwhile, boil water in another pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain but reserve half a cup of pasta water.
  5. Add drained noodles to the skillet with sauce, tossing well to coat. If needed, add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Serve garnished with sliced green onions.
