  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil and add chopped onions. Saut? until golden brown. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; cook for a minute.
  3. Incorporate diced tomatoes, cumin seeds, and turmeric powder into the skillet. Simmer for about five minutes until thickened.
