- 3 Green Onions (chopped)

- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (low-sodium)
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil water in a large pot. Add buldak noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes until chewy. Drain, reserving half a cup of pasta water.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, and spicy chicken powder until smooth.
- Saut? Green Onions: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped green onions and saut? for about 2 minutes.
- Combine Everything: Add drained noodles to the skillet with green onions and sauce mixture. Stir over medium heat for 3 minutes.
