  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Slice beef against the grain; chop bell peppers and onion.
