  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced

  • 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Saut? aromatics: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add diced onion and saut? until translucent (about 5 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
