  3. Mix cooled syrup with tangerine juice and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker or shallow dish. If using an ice cream maker, follow manufacturer instructions. Otherwise, freeze the mixture, stirring every 30 minutes until fluffy (about 3 hours).
