Strawberry Yogurt Pops with Granola are the ultimate summer treat, bursting with fresh flavors and textures.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1–2 tablespoons water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Rinse strawberries under cool water, remove stems, and chop into smaller pieces.
  2. Blend strawberries with 1-2 tablespoons of water until smooth but slightly chunky.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, then fold in the strawberry mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  5. Sprinkle granola on top before inserting sticks into each mold.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid; run warm water around molds to easily release pops.
