Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and chop cucumbers. Peel if you prefer a smoother texture.
- In a blender, combine cucumbers, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture; adjust sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving half an inch at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To release popsicles from molds, run warm water over them briefly.
