  • 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by rinsing the asparagus and chopping it into bite-sized pieces. Set aside the shrimp.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer; saut? for about 2 minutes on each side until pink. Remove from the pan.
