Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Dice the onions, chop the carrots and celery, and mince the garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, add oil and sear the chicken until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side).
