- In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Gradually add to the yeast mixture while stirring until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 475?F (245?C).
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal pieces. Shape each piece into an oval on parchment paper.
- Add seasoned meat and vegetables as toppings, folding up the edges slightly to form a boat shape.
