  • 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for spice

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and saut? until golden brown on one side, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, broccoli, and bell peppers to the skillet. Saut? for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are vibrant yet crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey (or maple syrup), and red pepper flakes if desired. Pour over the stir-fry mixture.
  5. Stir well to combine all ingredients and cook for another minute or two until heated through.
  6. Serve hot, drizzling with extra soy sauce or sprinkling sesame seeds on top if desired.
