  • 12 large white mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C).
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop them.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped stems, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, breadcrumbs, and olive oil; mix well.
  4. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the filling mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with additional parsley if desired and serve warm.
