- Combine sliced strawberries and remaining sugar in a bowl; let macerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rough circle (12 inches). Spread mascarpone in the center, leaving edges clear; top with strawberries.
