- 3–4 lb beef chuck roast
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Tortillas (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and sear the beef on all sides until browned.
- Remove the beef and saut? onions and garlic until fragrant.
