  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ? cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ? cup fresh basil, chopped
  • ? cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375?F (190?C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain gently.
  3. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place them seam-side up in the baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10?15 minutes until bubbly.
