Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350?F (175?C). Grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix red velvet cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and bake according to package instructions until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine pieces in a large bowl. Mix in cream cheese frosting until moist and easily moldable.
- Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Dip each cake pop stick into melted chocolate before inserting it into each ball.
