  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin beef
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 6 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips if not pre-sliced. Chop the bell peppers and onion.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
