- 1 cup sliced mixed bell peppers (green and red)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
