  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop bell peppers into strips or chunks. Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic.
